Fishing in Florida

Florida is a paradise for sport fishermen. Besides the ban on commercial fishing, this is mainly due to the very nutrient-rich waters. The possibilities are manifold.

In the shallow areas, it is possible to catch snooks and seatrout with light tackle. For popping, large Tarpon are especially on the list. Offshore you find tuna. Jigging is also very successful, especially for amberjack and grouper there is hardly any better place than Florida.
