Returns

Mistakes can happen when preparing a delivery. If such a mistake creeps into your delivery, please let us know as soon as possible. We will resolve the issue immediately. In such cases, we will bear the costs of the return shipment.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal or wish to exchange an item for a different size, you must bear the regular costs of the return shipment. The return must be made within 30 days. The goods must be in perfect, unused condition.
