FISHING THE COSTA BLANCA

The Costa Blanca is one of the hotspots for tourists from all over Europe. But fishing has also improved here in recent years. Bluefin tuna and false albacore are patrolling the Costa Blanca in large schools. There is hardly a better place to catch these torpedoes. Especially in spring and autumn, good catches are possible here on poppers and stickbait. Jigging is also very promising here, as the area has complex underwater structures. Large groupers and Dentex are possible here, and softbaits work particularly well.

From the shore, bluefish and sea bass are the main prey, with a lot of luck even a palometta can be caught.
