FCL LABO UCB<\/h2>\n

The FCL Labo UCB rod series is Japanese craftsmanship at its finest. The rods are manufactured in Japan in small batches and meet the highest standards.<\/p>\n

UCB 74M<\/h3>\n

Length: 224 cm (travel: 172cm) \/ CW: 40 – 100gr \/ PE 5 – Max. Drag : 8 kg <\/em><\/p>\n

The UCB-74 Offshore from FCL Labo is a lighter popper and stickbait rod designed for lures up to 100 g. The very crisp graphite gives the rod a great feel and provides excellent elasticity in the tip for animating lures. This rod is very light in the hand and is a dream when it comes to casting lures into the surf zone for trevally, kingfish, and other pelagic fish such as tuna and mahi mahi.<\/p>\n

The UCB 74M has a medium action and bends through to the handle when under load, offering the angler a high level of comfort. This rod has a lot of power in the lower section and has caught many large fish since its introduction to the FCL range.<\/p>\n

UCB 80EXT<\/h3>\n

Length: 243 cm (travel: 175cm)\/ <\/em>CW: 60 \u2013 130gr \/ <\/em> PE 6 \u2013 Max. Drag: 10 kg <\/em><\/p>\n

The FCL Labo UCB 80EXT-L is a fantastic rod for medium-heavy fishing! This rod was designed to be light enough to have fun catching species such as Spanish mackerel, mahi mahi, and roosterfish, but still have the power for reasonable GTs or medium-sized tuna. The rod is perfect for PE5 and PE6 lines, weighs only 350 g, and has a maximum drag pressure of 10 kg. It is suitable for poppers up to about 110 g and stickbaits up to a maximum casting weight of 130 g. At the lower end, it is suitable for lures from about 60 g upwards. Suitable reels are Daiwa and Shimano 8000-14000.<\/p>\n

This rod is very popular with anglers who hunt a variety of pelagic species and don’t just focus on GT hunting. It has proven to be great when it comes to pulling XL-sized reef fish out of difficult terrain\u2014the responsive carbon really helps turn the fish’s head when hooking it and prevents the fish from returning to where it came from. A truly excellent all-round rod!<\/p>\n

UCB 81M<\/h3>\n

Length: 245 cm (travel: 177cm) \/ <\/em>CW: 80 \u2013 180gr \/ <\/em> PE 8 \u2013 Max. Drag: 17 kg <\/em><\/p>\n

The FCL Labo 81 Extreme M is a true big fish rod. It has a maximum braking pressure of 17 kg and a softer tip, making it ideal for casting large stickbaits. This rod can cast and animate lures weighing between 100 g and a maximum of 200 g, making it the perfect rod for areas where large fish are found.<\/p>\n

The 81 Extreme M is perfect for casting larger stickbaits at massive GTs and tuna. It bends in the rear section of the rod, making it extremely comfortable for anglers when fighting large fish. The soft, springy tip makes it very easy to control and animate stickbaits to achieve the best action from the lure. When casting, this rod is unmatched in its performance.
